1. Product Basic Introduction

SX440-Blue is a half-wave phase-controlled thyristor automatic voltage regulator designed for brushless generator excitation systems.

Apart from basic voltage stabilization function, it integrates under-speed protection and sensing loss protection to realize safe and reliable generator operation. High-performance semiconductors are adopted in power circuits to realize automatic voltage build-up relying on generator residual magnetism. Independent terminals for voltage sensing and excitation power supply support power intake from stator or auxiliary windings, forming closed-loop voltage control with generator main stator and field windings.

Ultra-Low Temperature Drift Performance

It only generates ≤1.5% voltage drift under 85℃ high-temperature environment, while most common AVR products from other brands reach 3%~5% drift at the same temperature.
