Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please read this policy carefully.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues
All products sold in our store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for any reason other than confirmed quality issues. Reasons include but are not limited to: disliking the product, fit or size issues, unsatisfactory results, or mistaken purchase. Please carefully review all product information before placing your order.
2. Warranty Service (1-Year Limited Warranty)
We provide a 1-year warranty for quality-related issues, starting from the date you receive the product.
During the warranty period, if a performance failure or quality issue occurs due to non-human factors, please contact us via the email address below.
The warranty does NOT cover: normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, failure to follow instructions, and similar causes.

4. Unauthorized Returns Not Accepted
Important: We do NOT accept any returns that are sent back to us without prior contact via email and without receiving a clear authorization (such as an RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization) from us.
Any items returned without prior communication will not be signed for or processed, and we assume no responsibility for loss or damage.
All returns/exchanges must follow the instructions and shipping address provided by us via email after confirmation.
5. Damages and Issues (Obligation to Inspect Upon Delivery)
You must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
If you discover that the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or that you received the wrong item, please contact us via the email above within 48–72 hours of delivery.
Please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the outer packaging, overall product, and close-up details.
If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, it will be considered that you accept the product as being in good condition and conforming to the order at the time of delivery. Any subsequent claims for external damage or incorrect items may not be accepted.
6. Return/Exchange Process (Quality Issues or Our Error Only)

Our customer service will evaluate and respond within 3 business days to confirm whether it qualifies as a quality issue.

If confirmed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a designated return address.

You must send the product back (including original packaging, accessories, and gifts) within 7 days of receiving the authorization.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a refund (credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days) or send a free replacement.
7. Special Circumstances

Shipping costs: For returns/exchanges due to quality issues or our error, we cover standard shipping costs. For returns not caused by quality issues (not applicable under this policy) or for personal reasons, shipping costs are your responsibility.

Custom-made / Clearance items: Products explicitly marked as "Special Offer," "Clearance," or "Promotional" are not covered by the 1-year warranty (unless otherwise agreed in writing) and are not eligible for returns for any reason.
