Thank you for shopping with us. Before placing an order, please carefully read the following policy regarding order processing, shipping, and related fees. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.
1. Processing Time

After order confirmation, we typically need 3–7 business days to pack, inspect, and prepare your order for shipment.

Please note: Processing time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

During promotional events or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be extended. We will notify you via email or SMS if this occurs.
2. Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are borne by the customer. An estimated shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of the order.

You may also enter any shipping discount codes or promo codes you have at checkout.
3. Policy on Shipping Fee Differences

Due to possible discrepancies between the estimated shipping fee and the actual amount charged by the carrier (e.g., courier or logistics company), you are required to pay the difference if the actual shipping fee reasonably exceeds the estimated amount.

How to pay the difference: If a difference occurs, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout and provide a secure payment link for the additional shipping fee.

Payment deadline: Please complete the additional payment within 48 hours of receiving the notification.

Consequences of non-payment: If we do not receive the additional shipping fee within the specified time, we will be unable to proceed with your order and reserve the right to cancel it. A cancellation notice will be sent to your registered email address.
4. Delivery Time

Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you select and your delivery address. Generally, after the package has been dispatched:

Domestic delivery: 2–7 business days

International delivery: 7–30 business days

Please note: Total time to receive your package = Processing time (3–7 days) + Delivery time.

We do not control carrier-related delays. Delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs do not qualify for a refund (unless the item is lost or damaged).
