Apart from precise voltage regulation, the AVR integrates under-speed and sensing loss protection circuits to guarantee safe generator operation. Optimized semiconductor power circuits enable reliable voltage build-up via residual magnetism. It connects with main stator and excitation windings to realize closed-loop output voltage control with ±1.5% load regulation.
Equipped with a LAM load acceptance module, the unit will drop output voltage by 13%~25% once the frequency falls below preset threshold, cutting active load by 25%-45% until rated speed recovers. This effectively minimizes speed and frequency fluctuation, ideal for turbocharged engines.
