LIXiSE R448 Automatic Voltage Regulator

1. Product Introduction

R448 is a compact, high-performance fully encapsulated AVR designed for single-phase and three-phase brushless AC generators. Built with advanced circuit design and high-efficiency semiconductor chips, it realizes miniaturized layout without sacrificing operational stability, delivering excellent long-term reliability for industrial generator sets.
This regulator realizes stable voltage output via closed-loop control by connecting the generator’s main stator winding and field winding. It supports automatic voltage build-up using the generator’s residual magnetism, thanks to premium semiconductor components equipped in the power circuit. Standard load regulation reaches ±1.5%, while steady-state constant-speed voltage precision is upgraded to ±0.5% for ultra-smooth power supply.

Built-in under-speed protection and sensing loss protection prevent generator runaway and low-frequency damage, ensuring fully secure unattended operation.

2. Epoxy Resin Encapsulated Anti-Harsh Design

The entire circuit core is fully sealed with epoxy resin. This integrated packaging structure brings outstanding resistance against strong mechanical vibration, dust, moisture, temperature fluctuation and minor chemical corrosion. It performs steadily in construction sites, marine vessels, mining equipment and other severe working environments, greatly lowering failure rates and extending service life.
