LIXiSE R220 is an analog AVR equipped with digital adjustment functions, specially engineered for small shunt excitation AC alternators. It stabilizes alternator output voltage by precisely controlling excitation current, featuring excellent voltage regulation performance, simple parameter setup and stable long-term operation. This AVR complies with IEC 60034-1 standard and obtains UL 508 & CSA certifications.

Potentiometer Adjustment Instructions
P1 (AVR voltage adjustment potentiometer): Turn fully counter-clockwise before commissioning.
Remote voltage trim potentiometer: Keep at central position. Run the alternator at rated speed; remagnetize the magnetic circuit if output voltage fails to rise.
Slowly rotate P1 to adjust the output voltage until reaching rated value.
Modulate system stability via potentiometer P2.
Factory preset of sealed potentiometer P3 is 48Hz for 50Hz unit; set to 58Hz for 60Hz alternator.
