Product Overview

LXC701 is a compact automatic generator start module. Three operation modes can be selected via front panel buttons: Manual, Auto and Stop. Users can also send start signals through the remote start port to activate the engine remotely.

When the controller detects faults including low oil pressure, high water/cylinder temperature, emergency stop alarm and overspeed, it will automatically cut off the fuel relay and energize the shutdown solenoid to stop the unit immediately. Panel LED lights clearly indicate specific fault conditions and deliver precise alarm signals.

1. Wide DC Power Compatibility DC supply voltage ranges from 8VDC to 35VDC, adapting to various 12V/24V starter battery systems.
2. Complete Engine Protection System Full protection functions cover low oil pressure, high water/cylinder temperature, overspeed, emergency stop and start failure with clear fault prompts.
3. Auxiliary Generator Control Supports alternator excitation function, idle speed control and ETS shutdown function. Engine speed signal is captured from mains frequency without extra speed sensors.
4. Multi-channel Relay Outputs

• 4 fixed relay outputs: Fuel output, Crank start output, Shutdown output, Idle output
• 1 programmable output, configurable as common alarm, stop fault output, preheat output or no-charge alarm output

5. USB PC Programming Port Connect to PC via USB cable to customize all generator working delays, output definitions and power threshold values conveniently.
6. Stable System Operation Built-in hardware watchdog prevents system crash to guarantee continuous and reliable program execution.
7. Compact Embedded Structure Modular design with flame-retardant ABS housing for flush mounting. Small single-piece body saves installation space.
