Product Overview

The LXC6810 controller integrates digital, intelligent and network technologies, dedicated to automatic remote monitoring systems for single engines. Fitted with a large TFT color LCD screen and brand-new original pointer-digital hybrid UI, it displays various fault states at the same time and performs effective protective shutdown when the generator set runs abnormally.

All parameters can be adjusted directly on the controller panel, or remotely set and monitored by PC via USB, RS485 or built-in 4G network. It is widely applicable to automation systems of all types of generator sets, fire water pumps and air compressors. A core highlight is that it supports automatic unit start and stop triggered by remote signals for single-engine unattended operation.

4. Installment payment management function to solve the industry pain point of equipment payment arrears. Users can preset payment cycles via supporting software; the controller will lock the unit automatically when overdue. After full payment, an unlock code will be generated to restore normal operation, and remote lock/unlock via 4G cloud is also available.

This complete cloud service solves enterprise troubles including payment arrears, high operating costs, liability disputes and out-of-control distributed gensets. The solution consists of genset controller, wireless transmission module, cloud server and multi-terminal access devices (mobile APP, PC client, large display screen). It connects to the Internet via 2G/4G wireless signal, realizing whole-lifecycle centralized asset management of generator sets based on IoT technology.
