The LXC6610BC power plant automatic controller is a high-reliability monitoring solution designed for single diesel and gas generator set automation systems. Powered by a 32-bit ARM microprocessor, it delivers precise parameter measurement, automatic genset start/stop, full alarm protection, and complete three-remote (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control) functions. Featuring a 240*128 backlit LCD display, multi-language support, flexible parameter adjustment, and industrial-grade protection, this controller offers stable performance, compact structure, and simple wiring. It is widely used for generator sets and fire water pump automation systems worldwide.

Hardware & Performance Advantages

Adopting advanced 32-bit ARM single-chip architecture, the LXC6610BC features highly integrated hardware, strong anti-interference ability, and extremely stable operation in harsh industrial environments. 99% of operational parameters can be directly set via the front panel, while full parameter calibration is available through USB, RS232, and optional RS485 interfaces. All settings are permanently saved in internal FLASH and EEPROM memory without data loss after power failure.
Based on standard MODBUS protocol, the controller realizes professional three-remote functions. It supports intelligent SMS alarm, automatically sending fault notifications to up to 5 preset mobile numbers. Users can remotely query genset status and control start/stop via SMS. With external LXI680 GPRS module and WIFI connection, it supports cloud IoT remote monitoring, enabling global network-based device management and fault analysis.

Wide System Compatibility

The controller is compatible with global 50Hz/60Hz power systems, supporting 3-phase 4-wire, 3-phase 3-wire, 1-phase 2-wire, and 2-phase 3-wire (120/240V) power modes. It fully collects and displays mains and generator three-phase voltage, current, phase sequence, frequency, active/reactive power, power factor, total energy, and all engine sensor data.
It provides layered protection logic: mains abnormalities trigger warning only; generator overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, overcurrent, phase loss, and reverse phase sequence trigger both warning and automatic shutdown protection. It reserves 3 analog sensor ports for temperature, oil pressure and liquid level, with multiple default sensor curves and fully customizable curve parameters.

Control & Output Configuration

The LXC6610BC supports automatic start/stop and ATS switch control for diesel and gas generator sets. When multiple alarms occur, the screen automatically displays warning information in rotation for easy troubleshooting. All outputs are relay-driven; main outputs adopt 16A high-power relays, with 3 additional passive relay outputs to meet complex engineering control demands.
It supports multiple startup conditions including speed signal, oil pressure, generator voltage, and charger voltage, adapting to various special working scenarios. The ultra-wide DC 8~35V power supply ensures stable operation for 3 seconds under instantaneous ultra-low cranking voltage during engine startup.
The controller supports dual usage modes: full automatic genset control or pure indicator mode with only alarm display and no relay action, suitable for fire pump units and general power monitoring equipment.
