LIXiSE LXC6110NCAN is a universal intelligent single-unit automatic genset controller with upgraded J1939 CAN bus interface. Adopting 32-bit ARM microprocessor technology, it features high hardware integration, stable performance and simple field debugging. This controller is specially designed for unattended automatic generator systems, widely suitable for various self-starting diesel generators, fire water pumps and industrial air compressor equipment, especially ideal for generator rental fleets and centralized power management projects.
Ultra-Clear Single-Page Multi-Language LCD Display
Equipped with a 240*128 high-definition LCD screen, the LXC6110NCAN displays all core operating parameters on a single page without frequent page switching. It supports multiple mainstream languages including Chinese, English, Russian and Spanish, fully meeting global operation requirements. 99% of functional parameters can be directly set on the front panel for fast on-site commissioning. All configuration data is stored in internal FLASH memory, ensuring zero data loss after power failure.
1-Minute Black Box Fault Playback Function
Built with a patented black box recording system, the controller automatically records complete operating data 1 minute before any fault or alarm occurs. It stores 200 fault records with 25 key operating parameters captured at the moment of failure, allowing technicians to accurately replay running status, quickly locate fault causes and greatly improve maintenance efficiency.
Intelligent Maintenance & Load Monitoring Protection
The built-in real-time clock supports 3 groups of independent customizable periodic maintenance reminders, which automatically accumulate total running time and send timely maintenance alerts to avoid equipment aging failure. It calculates real-time average load rate to continuously monitor genset operating status and effectively prevent overload operation, extending the service life of generator units.
Flexible Automatic Control & Brand Customization
Based on the classic LXC6110 single-unit automatic control platform, the controller supports remote signal-triggered automatic start and stop to realize fully unattended genset operation. It allows custom startup interface settings, enabling users to add company logos, contact information and brand slogans for personalized brand display. It also supports installment password management, which is perfectly suited for generator rental industry management needs.
Rich Communication & Remote Monitoring Functions
With standard J1939 CAN bus, USB and RS232 interfaces and optional RS485 communication, the controller supports MODBUS protocol to realize complete three-remote functions. Matched with an optional GPRS module, it achieves cloud remote monitoring and SMS alarm push, which can send fault messages to 5 preset mobile phones for real-time remote management.
Comprehensive Safety Protection & Durable Structure
It provides full-range safety protection including mains/generator overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, phase loss and reverse phase alarm and shutdown protection. The whole machine adopts IP55 waterproof design, scratch-resistant acrylic screen and high and low temperature resistant silicone keypad. The modular flame-retardant ABS housing and pluggable terminal structure ensure compact size, convenient embedded installation and high reliability for harsh working environments.
