LXC3110 Series Genset Controller Product Description

Overview

The LXC3110 series power plant automation controller integrates digital, intelligent and network technologies, specially designed for automatic monitoring systems of single diesel generator sets. It supports automatic start/stop, real-time data measurement and fault alarm of gensets, and realizes three-remote functions (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote control) with an optional RS485 module.

Equipped with a large LCD screen, the controller provides multi-language interfaces including Simplified Chinese, English, Spanish and Russian for simple and stable operation. It supports precise multi-parameter measurement, setpoint adjustment, timing and threshold configuration. All parameters can be modified directly via the front panel, or programmed, adjusted and monitored by PC through USB and RS232 interfaces. Featuring compact structure, easy wiring and high reliability, it is widely applicable to all types of genset automatic control systems.

Control & Protection Logic

It completes automatic start/stop of diesel gensets and ATS switch on/off control, with comprehensive fault display and protective shutdown functions. Relay output ports support energized stop, idle speed control, preheating control and speed up/down regulation.

Parameter Storage & Configuration

All adjustable parameters can be set via front panel buttons or PC connected through USB. All data will be permanently stored without loss after power failure.

• Sensor detection: Supports temperature and pressure sensors, with multiple standard sensor specifications and customizable parameter calibration
• Customizable start success judgment: Selectable multiple conditions including generating frequency, engine speed, oil pressure and D+ signal
