Product Overview

LXC6110CAN is an intelligent automation controller specially designed for single diesel & gas generator sets. Adopting high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor and standard CAN bus communication technology, it realizes automatic start/stop of gensets, high-precision electrical and engine parameter measurement, comprehensive fault alarm protection as well as remote three-remote functions (remote measuring, remote signaling, remote control).

Equipped with a 240*128 backlit LCD graphic display, the unit supports multi-language operation including Chinese, English, Russian and Spanish. Most core operating data can be displayed on a single screen without frequent page switching for easy viewing. All configurable parameters can be adjusted directly on the front panel, or calibrated remotely via USB, RS485 and CAN bus by PC. Featuring compact modular structure, pluggable terminals and high operational stability, this controller is widely applied to generator sets, fire water pump units and industrial power equipment.

Measurement & Sensor Functions

Collects and displays complete electrical data: 3-phase voltage, 3-phase current, phase sequence, frequency, active/reactive power, power factor and cumulative electric energy. Supports 3 standard analog sensors (coolant temperature, oil pressure, liquid level); multiple standard sensor curves pre-stored, free to customize sensor characteristic curves.

Control & Output Specifications

  • Supports automatic start/stop of diesel & gas gensets, ATS automatic switching & breaker closing/opening control. Multiple startup trigger conditions available: speed sensor, oil pressure, charging voltage and generator voltage.
  • All outputs are relay outputs; main control relays adopt 16A high-current relays, plus 3 passive relay outputs to meet complex engineering matching demands.
  • Multi-warning simultaneous display: multiple fault alarms circulate on screen for easy fault sorting.
