Optimized Design For Three-Phase Unbalanced Load
When the generator suffers overload and unbalanced three-phase shared loads, voltage deviation will occur between neutral phase and R/S/T three phases. Conventional single-input AVR adopting neutral phase as detection input will generate obvious voltage drift and three-phase imbalance once rated voltage exceeds 220V.
LIXiSE EA05AF is optimized to restrain such voltage drift and eliminate three-phase voltage unbalance under uneven load conditions, maintaining consistent voltage output of each phase.
Simple & Precise Calibration Steps
- Start the generator under no-load condition and adjust the rotating speed to the standard rated value.
- Turn the voltage trimmer clockwise gently until the generator reaches rated output voltage.
- Rotate the stability trimmer clockwise slowly until the output voltage becomes unstable, then turn it counterclockwise moderately to restore steady rated voltage. This position is the optimal matching point for the AVR and generator unit.
