LIXiSE DVR216 is an advanced digital automatic voltage regulator for brushless generators, equipped with comprehensive industrial-grade performance and intelligent communication functions.
  1. Adopts RMS true RMS detection, perfectly compatible with all loads especially nonlinear loads;
  2. Supports 50Hz/60Hz/400Hz multi-frequency detection, applicable to industrial power frequency and medium frequency generators;
  3. Integrated negative sequence excitation, soft start, soft loading compensation, droop compensation, Vbus compensation and complete excitation limitation & multi-protection functions;
  4. Three optional excitation power supply types: PMG permanent magnet generator, AREP auxiliary winding, SHUNT self-excitation;
  5. Comes with 4 professional excitation control modes: Voltage Mode, Power Factor Mode, Reactive Power Mode, Constant Current Mode;
  6. Uses automotive-grade chip as voltage reference source with temperature drift less than 15ppm, maintaining stable voltage output under all harsh ambient conditions.
It also delivers outstanding dynamic performance with 2ms fast load response and PID auto-tuning algorithm, making genset sudden load add/drop performance fully meet national standards. It provides 10A continuous excitation current at 63V (70℃) and 7A continuous current at 125V (55℃), with 15A short-time 10-second overload capacity.

Wide voltage sensing input covers 100~800V, peak tolerance up to 1000V, eliminating extra step-down transformers and matching low/medium/high voltage alternators. Built-in droop compensation and analog input for genset parallel operation and grid connection. High-precision real-time collection of excitation voltage/current, three-phase generator voltage, current, frequency, power and power factor parameters. Equipped with Bluetooth module for mobile APP parameter configuration & waveform display, and isolated CAN interface compliant with SAE J1939-75 protocol for intelligent genset control.
