The AIG65X0 intelligent generator controller integrates digital, intelligent and network technologies to deliver comprehensive automatic control and protection for generator sets. Equipped with a high-definition TFT color LCD screen, it supports bilingual switching between English and Chinese and allows customized language settings to meet diverse global market demands. Featuring an original UI design that combines pointer-style instrumentation and digital data display, the interface achieves both dynamic visual effects and accurate real-time data monitoring.
With multi-level categorized menu settings, all operational parameters can be quickly and precisely adjusted directly on the controller panel. Users can also remotely monitor and modify all parameters via USB, RS485 or GPRS connection through a PC terminal. The controller supports custom brand LOGO boot screen display and real-time I/O status visualization, enabling intuitive and efficient equipment status checking.
Built with complete safety protection logic, the AIG65X0 automatically triggers emergency stop protection when the generator operates abnormally, effectively avoiding equipment damage and safety risks. It also features a powerful black box data recording function, which automatically records critical data including oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, current and power at the moment of fault shutdown for accurate fault analysis and equipment maintenance.
Highlighted with an exclusive installment payment management function, this controller perfectly solves industry pain points such as customer payment default, high operating costs and equipment management disputes. Users can preset payment cycles and total usage periods via software. Once expired, the controller will lock automatically and can only be unlocked with an authorized password after payment confirmation. Remote lock and unlock functions are also supported to realize intelligent equipment control and effectively prevent unregulated usage.
Adopting advanced IoT cloud management architecture, the system consists of a generator controller, wireless data collector, cloud server and multi-terminal user platforms including mobile APP, PC client and large-screen display. It supports 2G/4G wireless network transmission to realize real-time remote monitoring, data statistics and centralized management of generator units.
With compact overall dimensions of 210mm×152mm×48mm and panel cutout size of 186mm×141mm, the controller features easy installation and wide compatibility.
