ATS700 Full Product Description
We specialize in power transfer solutions, delivering high-efficiency, precise and safe core power guarantee devices compatible with industrial, commercial and special power scenarios to secure continuous and reliable power supply. This unit realizes seamless dual-power switching for uninterrupted power supply, widely adopted in telecommunication, rail transit, emergency fire protection, smart buildings and other sites with strict power supply standards.
Core Functions
- Historical Data Storage Supports storage of up to 526 event records for comprehensive and intact data retention.
- Multiple Power Supply Modes Compatible with four operation modes including dual mains power, mains plus generator, and dual generator power supply.
- Accurate Electrical Parameter Monitoring Collects two-channel three-phase voltage, frequency and phase data, as well as load power, power factor and current.
- Comprehensive Protection & Alarms Built-in electrical protection against overvoltage, undervoltage and phase loss; supports S1/S2 overcurrent alarm and NEL load trip.
- Flexible Operation Controls Offers automatic and manual transfer modes, password-protected programmable parameters, manual test run and switch reclosure functions.
- Intelligent Generator Management Supports multi-cycle timed start-stop; enables two generators to operate in cycling, primary-standby and equal runtime modes.
- Wide Voltage Compatibility Withstands instantaneous DC voltage up to 80V and maximum AC voltage of 625V, fits various AC power systems with isolated neutral lines for two circuits.
- Expandable Communication Interface Equipped with RS485 ModBus protocol to realize remote four-remote monitoring, compatible with various transfer switches.
Three Automatic Transfer Modes
- Primary-Standby Mode: Mains power serves as the primary supply while the generator acts as backup. The system runs on mains power normally and automatically switches to the generator once mains failure occurs.
- Cyclic Operation Mode: Two generators take turns supplying power according to preset durations. For instance, Generator A runs for 360 minutes before switching to Generator B, which runs for 480 minutes and then switches back to A in cycles.
- Equalized Runtime Mode: The controller automatically selects the generator with shorter cumulative operation time as the primary power source to balance equipment wear for easier unified maintenance.
Extended Auxiliary Functions
NEL load trip and elevator delay functions are integrated. The NEL trip function automatically cuts non-critical loads when preset overload power is reached. The elevator delay function reserves discharge time for emergency elevator power supply to avoid equipment damage caused by power conflicts.
