Product Overview

ATS106 is an automatic transfer switch control module designed for single mains + single diesel generator dual power supply systems. Powered by a high-performance 32-bit ARM microcontroller, it accurately monitors single-phase AC voltage and frequency of two power sources. It can precisely judge power abnormalities including power loss, overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency and underfrequency, and control ATS power transfer via multi-stage delay logic.

Once mains power failure is detected after user-defined delay, the module will send start signal to the diesel generator automatically. After generator voltage stabilizes, it transfers load to generator side; when mains recovers, it switches load back to grid and triggers genset shutdown after cooling delay.

1. Wide DC Power Supply Range Wide 8~35VDC input voltage adapts to all kinds of diesel generator starting batteries, compatible with various battery voltage fluctuation environments.
2. Fully Programmable Timers All delay parameters are adjustable: mains abnormal delay, mains recovery delay, generator start delay, genset cool-down stop delay, meeting different global power standards.
3. LED Running & Alarm Indication Front panel LED lights display real-time working status, including auto/manual mode, mains closed, generator closed, power normal or fault state for quick on-site inspection.
4. Passive Relay Outputs (5A 250VAC)

• 2 transfer outputs: CLOSE MAINS, CLOSE GENS
• 1 starter output: GENS START All outputs adopt passive contact design for flexible wiring.

5. Customizable Closing Output Mode Two closing logic optional: continuous closing (timer value=0) or pulse closing (custom pulse time when timer value≠0).
6. Plug-and-Play USB Communication Directly connect with PC via USB port to edit all parameters, set voltage/frequency thresholds and monitor real-time ATS operating status.
7. Hardware Watchdog Anti-Crash Design Independent hardware watchdog circuit avoids system crash during long-term continuous operation, ensuring stable program execution.
8. Standard Embedded Panel Structure Standard 67*67mm cutout size for cabinet embedded installation, flame-retardant ABS housing, simple front panel operation and reliable performance.
