The LIXiSE 701MS is a compact and cost-effective manual engine control module specially designed for small and medium diesel generator sets. It adopts 32-bit ARM microcomputer control technology to realize manual engine start and stop via front panel key switch and physical buttons. With complete fault monitoring and automatic shutdown protection, it provides reliable and straightforward engine control for basic genset applications.

701MS supports full manual genset control. Operators can start and stop the engine directly through the panel key switch and buttons. It also supports remote switch signal trigger for automatic starting sequence on upgraded versions, meeting different on-site operation requirements.

Equipped with multi-status LED indicators, the module clearly displays real-time running status and alarm information. It provides comprehensive protection against low oil pressure, high water temperature, over speed, emergency stop and start failure. The unit will automatically shut down the engine once a fault occurs and display the exact fault cause, ensuring safe genset operation.

Built with a complete anti-tamper LCD running hour meter, it accurately records total engine running time for equipment maintenance scheduling, usage statistics and fleet management.

It features fixed fuel and start relay outputs, plus 3 programmable multi-function outputs for preheating, idle speed control, common alarm and shutdown functions. It supports alternator excitation control and power-off shutdown function. The engine speed is precisely collected from generator frequency signal. With hardware watchdog design, the controller never crashes and ensures stable long-term operation.

Comes with standard USB communication interface for direct PC connection. Users can configure and calibrate all parameters conveniently. The wide 8~35VDC operating voltage adapts to various battery voltage environments and maintains stable operation during engine starting.

Adopting flame-retardant ABS housing with a standard 68*68mm cutout size, the module supports simple embedded installation. Compact structure, reliable performance and easy operation make it ideal for ordinary diesel generators, small power equipment and general industrial engines.
