LXC6120NC is an upgraded AMF intelligent genset controller developed on the basis of LXC6110. It retains all classic functions of the LXC series and adds complete mains monitoring and automatic mains/generator switching functions, making it ideal for single-unit automatic power systems composed of mains backup and generator power.

Equipped with a 240*128 high-definition LCD screen, the controller displays all common operating parameters on a single page without frequent page switching. It supports multi-language operation including Chinese, English, Russian and Spanish, adapting to global application scenarios.

The controller features real-time average load rate calculation to monitor genset operating status and effectively prevent overload operation. It supports customizable startup interface, allowing users to edit and display company logo, enterprise name, contact information and brand slogans for personalized branding.

Built with a professional black box fault recording system, it stores 200 fault records and captures detailed parameters of 25 fault events. It can reproduce the complete operating status up to 1 minute before the fault occurs, providing accurate data support for rapid fault analysis and maintenance.

It supports real-time clock timing test operation with 2 programmable training cycles, as well as automatic running hour accumulation and 3 sets of independent maintenance reminder functions to ensure regular equipment maintenance.

The system provides comprehensive mains protection alarms for overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, phase loss and reverse phase sequence. It adopts two-level identity permission management to ensure safe and standardized parameter operation.

With plug-and-play USB connection, field debugging and parameter calibration are more convenient. As one of LIXiSE’s technologically upgraded controllers, it comes with original standard USB and RS232 interfaces, requiring no additional adapter accessories. It adopts industry-leading automatic contrast adjustment technology, which dynamically optimizes screen display according to ambient temperature, ensuring stable and clear display performance within the extreme temperature range of -32°C to 65°C.

Widely applicable to all types and power levels of automatic generator sets, fire water pump units, and it can also be used independently as an industrial power indication and alarm instrument.
