Product Overview
LIXiSE SX450 is a half-wave phase-controlled thyristor automatic voltage regulator, a key part of brushless generator excitation system.
Apart from generator voltage regulation, the AVR circuit is equipped with under-speed and sensing loss protection to guarantee safe and reliable genset operation. High-performance semiconductors are adopted in power circuit to realize stable voltage build-up from residual magnetism. Connected with main stator winding and exciter field winding, it forms closed-loop output voltage control with ±1.5% load regulation and runs smoothly under high temperature.

Its temperature drift is controlled within 1.5% at 85℃, while most competitors’ products reach 3%-5% drift under the same temperature. It is highly reliable and suitable for equipment requiring strict voltage stability and continuous high-temperature operation.
