Product Overview

LIXiSE RMS341B is a digital AVR equipped with True RMS detection technology, an upgraded replacement for average-value MX341B.

MX341B adopting average value detection will face voltage rise, unstable oscillation and even voltage runaway when driving nonlinear loads such as frequency converters, servo motors and switching power supplies. In contrast, RMS341B with true RMS sampling keeps generator output voltage stable without surges under complex nonlinear loads.
It retains the identical wiring layout of MX341B for quick plug-and-play replacement to upgrade generator performance without rewiring. Moreover, it supports 360-450VAC sensing voltage, perfectly matching generators without center tap winding.
This AVR senses the true RMS voltage of the main generator winding, and regulates power supplied to the excitation stator and main rotor. It maintains generator output voltage within rated range and automatically compensates fluctuations caused by load changes, speed variation, temperature drift and power factor shift.

Unique Built-in Functions

  1. Soft Start Circuit

    Realizes smooth and steady voltage rise of generator output, effectively avoiding voltage impact during unit startup.
  2. Under-Speed Protection Circuit

    The built-in frequency measurement module continuously monitors generator rotation speed. When the speed drops below the preset threshold, the AVR will proportionally reduce excitation power to lower generator output voltage and protect the whole unit.
