LIXiSE LXC9220 factory automatic genset controller is a standalone intelligent control system for diesel and gas generator units, built on 32-bit microprocessor and embedded real-time operating system. It realizes automatic engine start & stop, precise multi-parameter measurement, comprehensive alarm protection and three-remote control functions. Compact structure, simple wiring and stable performance make it widely applicable to generator automation systems, fire water pumps and air compressor control equipment.

Equipped with backlit 240*128 graphic LCD screen, it displays almost all critical operating parameters on a single page to avoid frequent page switching. Four operation languages are supported: Chinese, English, Spanish and Russian. Nearly all adjustable parameters can be modified directly on the front panel for fast on-site debugging.

Diversified communication interfaces including USB, RS232, RS485 and LINK allow PC connection for parameter calibration. When matched with optional LXI680 GPRS module, it supports cross-region remote monitoring via cellular network and internet. Built-in SMS function sends automatic alarm notifications to up to 5 preset phone numbers; users can also remotely check genset status and control unit startup/shutdown via text messages.

It collects and displays comprehensive data including mains/generator phase voltage, phase current, frequency, active/reactive power, power factor and engine sensor readings.

3 fixed analog input ports for temperature, oil pressure and liquid level monitoring, plus 2 programmable analog channels for customized temperature/pressure/liquid level sensors (this function is unavailable on LXC71X0 series). It supports control of unit heater, cooler and fuel pump.

Stores up to 200 historical fault records, capturing real-time oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, current and power data at the moment of failure for troubleshooting. Built-in real-time clock supports programmable scheduled startup (daily/weekly/monthly) with configurable loaded/unloaded operation modes. 3 independent maintenance cycles can be set, triggering warning or automatic shutdown when maintenance deadlines arrive.

The controller controls automatic closing and opening of ATS transfer switches to realize seamless mains-generator switching. When multiple alarms trigger simultaneously, warning messages scroll on the screen sequentially for easy root cause analysis. Suitable for industrial factory gensets, fire water pumps and air compressor automation systems.
