Product Overview

LIXiSE LXC6310 standalone automatic generator controller is designed for single diesel & gas generator units, powered by a 32-bit ARM microcontroller for high stability. It only supports manual & remote signal triggered auto start/stop, without mains power detection or ATS switch function. With adjustable internal logic, it can not only control standard generators, but also serve as automation control core for rental generator fleets, fire water pumps and air compressors.

Complete Control, Protection & Data Storage Features

Generator auto start & stop control, full-range engine & electrical fault protection with clear screen display. No automatic city power switchover function.
Multiple wired communication ports: USB, RS232, optional RS485. All parameters are saved in built-in flash memory and will not disappear after power loss. RS485 supports Modbus protocol for centralized remote monitoring.
Built-in SMS notification function: Automatically send fault alerts to 5 preset mobile numbers. Users can check unit running status and remotely control start/stop via text messages. Add optional LXI680 4G module for cloud remote monitoring anywhere with network access.
Multiple startup confirmation standards available: speed sensor, oil pressure, generator frequency or charging alternator signal, adapting to diverse working environments.
Store up to 200 historical fault logs. Each record saves fault time, failure reason and real-time running data including voltage, current, power, oil pressure and water temperature; all logs support remote upload to monitoring terminals.
Built-in real-time clock, supports scheduled auto startup (daily / weekly / monthly), configurable with loaded or unloaded running modes for automatic equipment maintenance.
Abundant analog sensor ports: 5 fixed analog inputs (2 temperature, 2 oil pressure, liquid level) plus 2 programmable analog channels. Compatible with mainstream and self-defined temperature, pressure and liquid level sensor curves.

This model LXC6310 is a standalone generator controller, it does not monitor mains power and cannot automatically switch between city power and generator power. If you need auto transfer when mains power fails, please select LIXiSE LXC6320 series.
