LIXiSE 701AS is an automatic-start engine control module built with 32-bit ARM microcontroller, suitable for small and medium diesel generator sets. Users can control engine start and stop manually via front panel key switches and buttons; it also supports remote switch signal input to trigger full automatic startup sequence. Once any fault is detected, the module will automatically shut down the engine and light corresponding LED to show the initial fault for accurate failure notification.

This controller retains complete manual operation function for on-site operation. Meanwhile, the automatic startup version can receive external remote switch signals to activate the automatic starting program, adapting to unattended basic generator equipment scenarios.

Multiple LED indicators on the panel display real-time running status and all alarm signals. It provides complete protection against low oil pressure, high water/cylinder temperature, overspeed, emergency stop and start failure. It also supports alternator excitation, idle speed regulation and power-on shutdown functions; engine speed signal is collected from generator output frequency.

Built-in anti-tamper LCD running hour meter accurately records total engine working hours, supporting equipment maintenance scheduling, usage statistics and fleet asset management.

It comes with 2 fixed relay outputs for fuel valve and starter motor, plus 3 programmable multi-function outputs which can be configured as common alarm, preheating, idle speed control or shutdown output. Standard USB communication port allows direct PC connection to modify all adjustable parameters. The built-in hardware watchdog ensures continuous stable operation without crash.

Wide 8~35VDC working voltage fits all kinds of generator starting battery environments. Adopting flame-retardant ABS shell with standard 68*68mm cutout size for embedded mounting. Compact structure, stable performance and simple wiring make it widely applied on ordinary diesel gensets and industrial power engines.
